Before the first timed session

Race-day registration is scheduled for 10:00–11:00 AM, followed by kart balloting and the driver briefing. Arriving only for qualifying can mean missing those preparations. Follow the organiser’s instructions about documents and track equipment, and leave time to ask about category-label differences.

The online registration announcement says Wednesday at 10AM without giving an absolute date. That is separate from race-day check-in. The form was viewable when checked, but this does not confirm a place is available. Follow the organiser’s current entry instructions and confirmation.

Qualifying occupies the early afternoon, with seven consecutive sessions before the 2:20PM break. The finals begin at 3PM with Junior Blitz and follow the order in the timetable below. The organiser’s registration form describes a 10-minute qualifying run, a 15-lap final and a grid determined by qualifying. Those details should be checked against the current category regulations because the same form still differs from the newer poster on capacity and the category list. The published session windows also allow for the movement between sessions; they should not be interpreted as a guaranteed amount of driving time for each entrant.
